Key Responsibilities:
- Client and Partner Acquisition: Identify and target key clients and strategic partners within the Health and Safety industry, with a focus on the TIC sector.
- Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and effectively position our services.
- Partnership Development: Foster partnerships with industry stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and trade associations to enhance market presence and credibility.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales by clearly communicating the value of our digital products, platforms, services, and solutions to potential clients.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and increase market share in the TIC sector.
- Custom Solution Development: Collaborate with the sales team to design tailored solutions that address clients’ specific requirements and safety challenges.
- Industry Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies related to the Health and Safety sector, particularly in the TIC field.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for business expansion and differentiation.
- Strategy Formulation: Work closely with the leadership team to develop market entry strategies and business development plans for European markets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Market Feedback: Provide valuable market insights and feedback to inform product development, marketing strategies, and service enhancements.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, Software Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or Business Development Manager in the European software market, preferably in the Health and Safety or TIC sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of TIC principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market dynamics and develop actionable business plans.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German is highly desirable.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with Digital Product Management and Agile methodologies is a plus.
