Job Description:
  • Business Opportunity Identification:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial markets.
    • Initiate business development activities to expand the company’s client base.
    • Develop and manage key client relationships to foster business growth.
  • Strategy Management and Execution:
    • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with organizational goals.

    • Maintain a robust development pipeline in accordance with targets and strategy.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Leverage existing client relationships to generate new business opportunities.
    • Maintain continuous engagement with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Awareness:
    • Stay informed about daily developments in the financial markets.
    • Apply market knowledge to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Adhere to internal regulations and procedures.
    • Ensure all activities comply with relevant financial regulations.
  • Training and Development:
    • Complete required training and development objectives within assigned time frames.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance performance.
  • Reporting:
    • Provide regular progress feedback to management.
    • Prepare and present reports on business development activities and outcomes.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role within the FX industry.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio of clients.
  • Education:
    • A university degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
    • Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
    • Basic knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis.
    • Proficiency with MT4/MT5 trading platforms.
    • Experience with CRM software and the MS Office suite.
    • Advanced CySEC certification is considered a plus.
