Join Our Team as a Trading Systems Developer!

We are looking for a Trading Systems Developer to join our client's dynamic team, where you’ll have the chance to make a significant impact on their products by delivering high-profile changes. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies across both external and internal systems and services.
Responsibilities:
- Development & Maintenance: Develop and maintain a variety of services and systems.
- Bug Fixing: Identify and resolve bugs and issues.
- Best Practices: Follow software development best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Write efficient, high-performance code.
- Agile Environment: Work effectively within an agile environment.
- Collaboration: Build strong, trust-based relationships with colleagues.
- Support: Provide Level 3 support during Production Incidents and Disaster Recovery tests.
- System Design & Incident Resolution: Participate in production system design and incident resolution.
- Code Refactoring: Refactor and rewrite code to enhance quality and performance.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest developments in the company’s technology stack.
- Technology Adoption: Help drive technology adoption and upgrades.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience with C#, including both .NET Framework and .NET Core.
- At least 2 years of experience in database development with SQL Server and T-SQL.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
- In-depth knowledge of Data Structures, Synchronization primitives, and multithreading concepts.
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good communication skills.
Additional Experience (Beneficial):
- Knowledge of Online Trading, FX, Equities, and Options.
- Experience with pricing (quote feeds) or payment systems.
- Familiarity with Fix protocol.
- Experience with Signal-R, Zero MQ, Rabbit MQ, Redis, or MT4 plugins.
- Hands-on experience with WCF or C++.
- Knowledge of Python, Neural Networks, or TensorFlow.
Package and Benefits:
- Salary: EUR 50K – 57K Gross/Year, depending on experience.
