Chief Financial Officer

• Develop and Implement Financial Strategies:
  • Align financial strategies with the company's business objectives.
  • Allocate financial resources effectively to optimize operations.
• Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
  • Lead the FP&A function to create budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Analyze performance and revenue streams to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Compliance and Regulation:
  • Stay updated on financial regulations relevant to CFDs and ensure full compliance.
  • Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and oversee internal compliance efforts.
• Financial Reporting:
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, reconciliations, and financial disclosures.
  • Comply with financial reporting standards.
• Cash Flow Management:
  • Monitor and manage cash flows to meet operational requirements, settlements, and expenses.
• Tax Strategies:
  • Develop tax strategies to optimize liabilities while ensuring compliance with tax laws.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor the finance and risk management teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of financial operations.
• Operational Oversight:
  • Oversee PSPs, reconciliations, risk management, pricing, and forecasting.
  • Conduct audits across all group offices worldwide to ensure effective resource allocation.
• Audit and Reporting:
  • Liaise directly with External Auditors for the preparation of End Year Accounts and report to the Board of Directors.
  • Monitor company capital adequacy on a monthly basis.
  • Oversee the payroll of the company and ensure all Social Insurance and Taxes are being paid.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• ACCA/CPA or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualifications preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in CFD management roles within the financial services or trading industry.
• Proven expertise in financial management and payment processing within the forex or financial services industry.
