Full-Stack Developer

Jobs.com.cy Recruitment is thrilled to partner with an expanding financial technology company that enables businesses to accept and make payments globally, to recruit a Full-Stack Developer for their growing team in Limassol. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience with Node.js and a strong proficiency in React. While experience in the Fintech or Payments industry is advantageous, it is not essential. Our client offers a highly competitive remuneration and benefits package, reflecting the successful candidate's skills and experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in defining and implementing large-scale back-end services to support millions of active users in a distributed environment.
• Develop and integrate systems using the latest technologies and practices.
• Ensure application performance and scalability.
• Set up development environments and cover code with tests.

Key Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience with Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of React, including Material UI, Hooks, and Redux.
• Experience with JS web frameworks (e.g., Express).
• Proficiency with NoSQL/SQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Postgres).
• Experience with JS test frameworks for unit, integration, and e2e tests.
• Familiarity with Microservice architecture, cloud deployments, and open-source environments.
• Experience in the Fintech industry or with implementing and integrating payment systems is a plus, but not required.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• A sense of humor and the ability to work effectively within a tight-knit, growing team, contributing to the future direction of the development team.
