Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Oversee the reception, transmission, and execution of orders.
- Client Activity Analysis: Monitor and analyze clients' trading activities and exposures.
- Market Research: Stay informed about financial markets and conduct relevant research.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with EMIR-REFIT/MIFIR reporting requirements and ensure compliance.
- Best Execution Monitoring: Analyze and manage all parameters related to achieving Best Execution.
- Data Collection and Reporting: Gather data and assist in preparing reports for CySEC.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A university or college degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification: Advanced CySEC Certificate is required.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in a brokerage or dealing department.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with trading platforms and web-trading tools are advantageous.
