The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, with over 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management within the financial services sector, ideally within fund management or an AIFM environment. Fluency in both Russian and English is essential, and the candidate should demonstrate a successful history of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target prospective clients, including funds and institutional investors both within the EU and globally.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote services and establish professional connections.
  • Proposals and Presentations: Prepare and deliver comprehensive proposals and presentations, highlighting our services and unique value propositions to potential clients.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and fostering long-term engagement.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market feedback to senior management.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to uncover new business opportunities, keep abreast of industry trends, and understand competitor activities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets and broaden our client base.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Professional Qualifications: A relevant certification (e.g., CFA) is advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management within the financial services industry, preferably in fund management or an AIFM setting.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong grasp of the AIFM market and regulatory landscape.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven success in achieving and surpassing sales targets and expanding client bases.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Russian; additional European languages are a plus.
