Junior Digital Designer

Jobs.com.cy Recruitment is pleased to partner with a long-established and highly regarded company in the iGaming industry to recruit a Junior Digital Designer for their expanding team in Limassol. As a Junior Digital Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand's creative output, working closely with the Design Team, Creative Lead, and internal copywriters. Our client seeks candidates with a degree in Web or Graphic Design or a related field, and approximately two years of experience in designing, building, and producing digital static and animated display and social banners, banner-flow webpages, and banners within a fast-paced design studio environment. Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate ideas for the brand, visualize, and present them to the wider team.
• Design and build animated display banner campaigns using Adobe Animate/Banner-flow.
• Design static website hero banners, animated/static programmatic display banners, CRM banners, web landing pages, and After Effects animations for social media digital banners.
• Design print work, including branded merchandise and direct mailers.
• Have a basic understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Edit and resize MP4 video/audio files.
• Collaborate with team members as a designer.
• Approach projects pragmatically to ensure both creative and business needs are met.
• Present ideas internally.
• Regularly collaborate with the marketing/social media department.
• Keep the Project Management team informed about current timings, status, and potential issues.
• Follow the company's brand guidelines.
• Present to management and attend meetings.
• Produce internal and social media promotional materials.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Degree or certification in Web or Graphic Design or a related field.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Portfolio of completed design projects (only applications with a relevant portfolio will be considered).
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe Animate, InDesign, Figma).
• Experience using Banner-flow is an advantage.
• Basic experience in working with videos and animations.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles and HTML5.
• Experience with agile project management (JIRA) is an advantage.
• Ability to adapt creatives based on brand guidelines and different audiences.
• Great eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good time management and communication skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).
