Key Responsibilities:
- Client Liaison: Communicate with clients to understand and fulfill their insurance needs.
- Market Interaction: Coordinate with underwriters and other insurance market service providers as required.
- Insurance Management: Handle client insurance placements, renewals, negotiations, daily requirements, and administration of policy documents.
- Policy Review: Review and analyze policy documents, providing clients with advice on suitable insurance coverage, terms, and conditions.
- Premium Payment Coordination: Work with various internal and external departments to ensure timely payment of premiums.
- Internal Reporting: Prepare weekly internal reports to monitor and track progress.
- Deadline Management: Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Previous experience as an insurance broker within the marine industry is essential.
