Jobs.com.cy Recruitment is excited to partner with the developer and operator of a world-class leisure and hospitality facility in Cyprus to recruit a Marketing Manager for their expanding team in Ayia Napa. This role involves developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones. The ideal candidate will combine creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of market trends. A degree in Marketing, PR, or a related field is required, along with over five years of proven experience in marketing management. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop the marketing department and functions.
- Ensure the implementation of the Brand Manual and Brand Guidelines across the organization.
- Facilitate promotional activities through effective communication with Department Heads.
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, PR, communication, and promotional staff and activities.
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
- Analyze customer research, current market conditions, and competitor information.
- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
- Expand and develop marketing platforms.
- Manage the productivity of marketing plans and projects.
- Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and results.
- Determine and manage the marketing budget.
- Deliver marketing activity within the agreed budget.
- Report on return on investment and key performance metrics.
- Assist in the development of pricing strategy.
- Liaise with media, advertising agencies, designers, and printing houses.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Operations, and Commercial functions.
- Monitor industry best practices.
- Identify optimal media platforms for advertising the brand, products, and services.
- Maximize the impact of advertising campaigns across various media.
- Plan, develop, and implement effective marketing communication campaigns on social media, press, publications, radio, TV, etc.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the PR strategy.
- Organize photo shoots and video productions.
- Source and secure sponsorships.
- Handle and manage the design and development of all marketing collateral.
Key Skills and Experience:
- BS/MS degree in Marketing, PR, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of proven working experience as a Marketing Manager.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Excellent computer skills, analytical ability, and numerical skills.
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to complete projects with limited supervision.
