Operations Coordinator

This pivotal role involves overseeing daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives and budgetary targets.

Our client values candidates with a solid educational background and proven experience in operations, ideally within the retail industry or a related field. Experience in managing both online and offline sales and distribution channels is highly desirable. Fluency in Greek and English is essential, while knowledge of Russian is an added advantage. The position offers an attractive compensation package, including a 13th salary and a pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Manage daily business activities to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with business and budget goals.
• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations.
• Database Management: Maintain and update computer databases, ensuring accurate and timely sales order entry into ERP systems.
• Data Handling: Oversee tasks related to data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients through various channels, delivering exceptional customer service and managing relationships effectively.
• Reporting: Prepare and present monthly reports, providing insights into business performance, challenges, and opportunities.
• Strategic Management: Oversee and enhance both online and offline retail services, ensuring consistent performance across all platforms and channels.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail operations, including e-commerce, is highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: High computer literacy, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Leadership: Strong people management skills with the ability to lead, inspire, and manage a local team effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on prioritization and ethical decision-making.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
