PSP Analyst

Jobs.com.cy Recruitment, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding provider of white-label Casino & Sports solutions across Mobile, Tablet, and PC platforms, is seeking to recruit a PSP Analyst to join their dynamic team in Limassol. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing the approval rates of various payment methods daily, monitoring account balances, and identifying and addressing issues with payment mechanisms. This role requires an academic background in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field, along with previous experience in a similar role. Advanced MS Excel skills are essential, and prior experience in the iGaming industry is a plus, though not mandatory.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze daily approval rates of all payment methods and monitor account balances.
• Utilize payment systems to optimize deposit conversion rates.
• Review and report payment issues to the relevant technical teams.
• Provide assistance with decline reasons and alternative payment methods.
• Conduct research, negotiate contracts, and onboard new payment providers.
• Perform settlement calculations.
• Coordinate new implementations to meet Compliance and Regulatory requirements.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Academic background in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
• Proven experience in a similar role is essential.
• Experience in the iGaming sector is considered a significant advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Ability to work freely in Cyprus (EU Status).
