System Administrator

Jobs.com.cy Recruitment is delighted to partner with a long-established and highly regarded company in the iGaming industry to recruit a System Administrator for their growing team in Limassol. This role involves setting up and maintaining the company's firewalls, switches, virtual machines, and network infrastructure to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least five years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in administering Windows and Linux servers is essential, and experience with Active Directory, managed switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, VMWare, and Veeam is highly desirable. Fluency in both Greek and English is required. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain, monitor, and enhance all infrastructure systems and networks.
• Set up and maintain the company's firewalls, switches, virtual machines, and network.
• Manage Microsoft 365, CDN, cloud, and mail providers through their respective admin interfaces.
• Maintain Windows and Linux servers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues and outages.
• Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
• Act as a liaison and coordinator with IT-related vendors.
• Document new processes, policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Provide technical support through the ticketing system for local and remote employees.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Greek.
• Experience in administering Windows and Linux servers.
• At least five years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with the setup and maintenance of Active Directory, managed switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, VMWare, and Veeam is an advantage.
• CCNA certification is considered an advantage.
• Experience with FortiClient Firewalls is considered an advantage.
